1. Organizational change : 組織變革
Any alterations in people, structure, or technology.
在人員、結構或技術方面的任何改變。
2. Change agents : 變革推動者
People who act as catalysts and assume the responsibility for managing the change process.
作為催化劑起作用的并承當變革過程管理責任的人。
3. Organizational development(OD) : 組織發(fā)展
Techniques or programs to change people and the nature and quality of interpersonal work relationship.
借以改變人員及人際間工作關系的本質和性質的各種方法或方案。
4. Stress : 壓力
A dynamic condition a person faces when confronted with an opportunity, constraint, or demand related to what he or she desires and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important.
一個人在面臨與其愿望密切相關的機會、限制或要求時的一種動態(tài)條件。因為條件的動態(tài)性,個人視為非常重要的愿望的實現就具有不確定性。
5. Creativity :創(chuàng)造
The ability to combine ideas in a unique way or to make unusual associations between ideas.
以獨特的方式綜合各種思想或在各種思想之間建立起獨特聯系的這樣的一種能力。
6. Innovation :創(chuàng)新
The process of taking a creative idea and turning it into a useful product,service,or work method.
形成一種創(chuàng)造性思想并將其轉換為有用的產品、服務或工作方法的過程。
7. Idea champion: 創(chuàng)新帶頭人
Individuals who actively and enthusiastically support new ideas, build support, overcome resistance, and ensure that innovations are implemented.
帶頭人會主動而熱情地將創(chuàng)意予以細化,并提供支持,克服阻力,確保創(chuàng)新得到推行。
