Order Placement
Giving instructions regarding how and when to buy or sell securities.
委托
提出何時買入和賣出股票的要求。
Market Order
An order to buy or sell at the best available price in the market.
市價委托
根據(jù)市場上最優(yōu)的價格買入或賣出股票的客戶委托。
Limit Order
Specifies the minimum price a seller is willing to take or the maximum price a buyer is willing to pay.
限價委托
確定賣方愿意出售和買方愿意購買的最低價格。
Stop Order
An order which becomes a market or a limit order when a specified price is reached.
停損委托
當市價達到停損價格時即成為市價委托或限價委托的委托方式。
Time Order
Specifies what portion of an order must be filled and when in order for it to be accepted by the customer.
限時委托
確定必須實現(xiàn)委托中的哪一部分以及何時實現(xiàn)以便客戶接受的一種客戶委托方式。
Day Order
An order which expires if not filled on the day it is placed.
當日委托
如果在發(fā)出指令日沒有實現(xiàn)即告作廢的委托。
Bid
The price that a market maker or specialist on an exchange is willing to pay for a security. Also means to offer to buy.
買價
證券交易所的市場創(chuàng)造者或?qū)I(yè)交易員愿意買入某一證券的價格。也指購買要約。
Offer
The price at which a market maker or specialist on an exchange is willing to sell a security. Also means to offer to sell.
賣價
證券交易所的市場創(chuàng)造者或?qū)I(yè)交易員愿意賣出某一證券的價格。也指出售要約。
