G8報(bào)告：世界面臨長(zhǎng)期糧食危機(jī)(G8 draft report warns that world faces a permanent food crisis)
The world faces a permanent food crisis and global instability unless countries act now to feed a surging population by doubling agricultural output， a report drafted for ministers of the Group of Eight nations has warned.
一份為八國(guó)集團(tuán)（G8）部長(zhǎng)會(huì)議起草的報(bào)告警告稱，世界面臨著永久性的糧食危機(jī)和全球不穩(wěn)定局面，除非各國(guó)馬上采取行動(dòng)，把農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)量提高一倍，以養(yǎng)活數(shù)量激增的人口。
The policy document， prepared by the G8's Italian presidency for the group's first ministerial meetings on agriculture and seen by the Financial Times， says “immediate interventions” are needed.
這份政策性文件是意大利作為G8輪值主席國(guó)為該集團(tuán)首次農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備的，英國(guó)《金融時(shí)報(bào)》看到了報(bào)告內(nèi)容。該報(bào)告表示，需要“立即采取干預(yù)措施”。
It warns that global agriculture production must double by 2050 for the world's fast-growing population to have enough to eat and to deal with the effects of climate change. Otherwise， the report says， the food crisis of the past two years in much of the world “will become structural in only a few decades”。
報(bào)告警告說，全球農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)到2050年必須翻一番，以使迅速增長(zhǎng)的世界人口有足夠食物，并應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的影響。報(bào)告表示，否則，過去兩年世界許多地方發(fā)生的糧食危機(jī)“將在短短幾十年后成為結(jié)構(gòu)性問題”。
The report says that further food crises will have “serious consequences， not merely on business relations， but equally on social and international relations， which in turn will impact directly on the security and stability of world politics”。

Agriculture ministers from G8 nations are due to meet later this month in northern Italy. The meeting was prompted by last year's spike in the prices of agricultural commodities， including wheat and rice， which triggered riots in more than 30 countries， from Bangladesh to Haiti.
八國(guó)集團(tuán)的農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)們將于本月晚些時(shí)候在意大利北部開會(huì)。去年小麥和大米等大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格大幅上漲，在從孟加拉到海地的30多個(gè)國(guó)家引發(fā)騷亂，促成了這次會(huì)議的召開。
