法庭的“身份”
因?yàn)椴皇敲總€(gè)法庭都要遵守其他的法庭對(duì)之前案例所做出來(lái)的決定，法庭的身份決定了它是要遵守哪些其他法庭的判例法理。網(wǎng)校為學(xué)員們準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)表格，通過(guò)這個(gè)表格同學(xué)們可以清楚的了解到法庭之間的關(guān)系。
