　　為了加強(qiáng)企業(yè)所得稅的征收管理，保證國(guó)家稅款及時(shí)，足額入庫(kù)，現(xiàn)對(duì)海通證券有限公司及其各分支機(jī)構(gòu)繳納企業(yè)所得稅的問(wèn)題明確如下：

　　一、海通證券有限公司及其各分支機(jī)構(gòu)，在2002年底前，按照《國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局關(guān)于匯總（合并）納稅企業(yè)實(shí)行統(tǒng)一計(jì)算、分級(jí)管理、就地預(yù)交、集中清算所得稅問(wèn)題的通知》（國(guó)稅發(fā)[2001]13號(hào)）文件規(guī)定，實(shí)行匯總繳納企業(yè)所得稅。

　　二、海通證券有限公司所屬各分支機(jī)構(gòu)，按年度應(yīng)納所得稅額的60％比例，就地預(yù)交企業(yè)所得稅；在浙江、江蘇省內(nèi)的營(yíng)業(yè)部，按年度應(yīng)納所得稅額的15％比例，就地預(yù)交企業(yè)所得稅。

　　三、海通證券有限公司所屬各分支機(jī)構(gòu)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局關(guān)于匯總（合并）納稅企業(yè)所得稅征收管理的有關(guān)規(guī)定，接受所在地國(guó)稅局的管理和檢查。
